🩷 Open a door or window before you light your sage/palo santo. 

💜Set your intentions. 

🩷 Hold at a 45° angle, pointing towards the flame. Allow to burn for 30 seconds before blowing it out. 

💜 Always be cautious of burning embers and have a fireproof tray/dish to extinguish your sage.
